I will refund 10% of the purchase amount, if you got what you ordered, but changed your mind, and —

• the order you received is the correct image
• the correct size
• the return notification is received by email within 5 days of USPS delivery date
• and the item(s) is(are) returned to me postage-paid, with the invoice, well-packaged in original condition within 7 days after notification.
• if the order is returned in re-sellable condition, I will give you a 10% credit of your first order toward a second equal order, or a 10% refund.

If I sent you the wrong order, or the order was not as you specified in writing at the time of the order, and —

• the return notification is received by email within 5 days of USPS delivery date
• and the item(s) is(are) returned to me postage-paid, with the invoice, well-packaged in original condition within 7 days after notification
• I will send you the correct order with no charge to you.

I will replace the item(s) or refund the amount (your choice), less a 10% return charge, if your order was damaged in shipping, and —

• the return notification is received by email within 5 days of USPS delivery date
• and the item(s) is(are) returned to me postage-paid, with the invoice, well-packaged in original (though damaged) condition within 7 days after notification — I want to see the damage.

I will process your refund, or ship a replacement, within 7 days of receiving your returned item(s).

I will need your contact, payment, and reason for return information.  Your feedback will help me improve my service.
